Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address and details are correct, as an incorrect address can cause a delay, resulting in the freshness of your order being compromised.
Orders are posted to the address provided on your order form, unless you notify us in writing about the updated delivery address as soon as possible.
Missed delivery
If you miss the delivery, it is your responsibility to collect it from the depot or re-arrange the delivery.
We will not accept responsibility or liability if the parcel is not collected from the depot/carrier promptly.
It’s important you collect promptly, as our products need to be stored in the correct condition and have a limited shelf-life.
We can’t accept liability for non-delivery of products or delay in delivery, as those circumstances are beyond our control.
Preferred delivery date:
Please note, we can’t guarantee your order will be delivered by your preferred delivery date if it’s a short-notice order, or our minimum process and delivery time of 5 days is not provided to us.
* In an urgent situation, please contact us (tel 07376622709) before placing your order to discuss our availability. On many occasions, we can fulfil last-minute orders the same or the next working day, but each day and each order is different.
* You can select your preferred delivery service upon checkout.
* We normally post your order Mon-Wed for the best chance to be delivered before the weekend.
* For express delivery, we use Royal Mail 1st class small parcel postage. Cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
* Pick up in person from Moxham House, SG1 4GU, available 7 days a week within working hours - flexibility in date and time upon agreement.
* Most Saturdays, order collection is also available from our pop-up stall at Hitchin Market - please contact us before planning.
* Local deliveries free of charge - available for addresses within 10 miles radius of SG1 4GU
